Great central location, close to major attractions and public transportation. Spacious and clean rooms with helpful and friendly staff. Convenient on-site shop and free laundry service. Recommended for short and long stays alike.

the location was superb, right in the heart of the city. I loved the freedom of movement and the convenience of having supermarkets nearby. the hostel also had a kitchen where I could cook my own meals. the owner, despite her limited English, was very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend adding the airport transfer service offered by her son, who speaks excellent English and ensured a smooth and convenient journey to the apartment. the view from the 22nd floor was simply breathtaking. it was the best place I've stayed in Astana, worth every penny!

Centrally located with easy access to main sites. Homely atmosphere with lounge and kitchen. Owner and son offer airport transfer with excellent English communication. Arrival process explained in advance. Welcoming staff and stunning city view. Budget rooms spacious with Astana light show view. Helpful owner and well-equipped kitchen. Easy to find following instructions. Clean apartment with water filter. Will choose for next visit.

The staff was hella friendly and the view from our room was like whoa. We had a blast exploring the modern city of Astana, from the futuristic Bayterek tower to the rad Khan-Shatyr shopping mall. The hostel was chill, with a cozy kitchen and comfortable beds. It was the perfect base for our teenage adventures!
That there wasn't much of a party scene for young people. We were craving some late-night fun and wished there were more social events or a common area where we could meet other party-going travelers.

I really got my money's worth at The Place Astana Hostel. The room was spacious, tidy, and had a locker for my belongings. The location was perfect, right next to the Bayterek Tower, with a bus stop in front and a mall just 50 meters away. The staff were friendly and communication with them was smooth.
The breakfast option could be improved with more variety.
